And the journey begins...

Danyel dropped me and Jonathan off at the airport two hours in advance to give us plenty of time to get through customs. Once our bags were out of the car, a very helpful Delta agent weighed our three bags (can't be over 70 pounds for travel to Brazil) - would you believe my bag was EXACTLY 70 pounds!? Wahoo! Great start to a great adventure!
